This is the story of a beautiful and delicate girl Rani, who has been brought up in her father’s luxurious home like a princess. Being the youngest in this house, she has been doted upon by one and all. However, fate takes her through a different journey in her life… she gets married into a middle class family. Today, she has to do everything that she was unacquainted to… cooking, cleaning, ironing, buying vegetables… Today she begins to respect the servants who worked for her at her father’s house. She learns the importance of daal – chawal – roti – sabzi, the necessity of switching off the lights before she leaves the room and the process of opening a bank account.

She becomes a woman in the right sense. And with her husband’s love, she smiles at life with the hope of a better tomorrow…
